Can I cancel my order?

Because of our dispatch turnaround times we cannot always change or cancel orders, but we will do our best to accommodate any requests.

Please contact us as soon as possible via our contact form, live chat or Facebook and we will get back to you as soon as we can.

If you cancel your order after the item has been dispatched, and the email sent, you will have to return the unwanted items at your expense by following our returns policy.

What if my order gets lost?

If an item goes missing in the post we will endeavour to do everything we can to help.

Firstly, please contact your local Royal Mail Post Office and check that they are not holding your item. If the item is deemed missing then please contact us.

What do I do if my order was damaged?
